St. Francis Herb Farm Lemon Balm

Lemon Balm is used for promoting digestion and stimulating the appetite, as well as for Graves' disease and functional gastrointestinal disorders with distention and gas. It is also effective as a mild tranquilizer and as an antispasmodic. In addition, Lemon Balm is useful in the treatment of viral infections such as herpes.

Suggested Usage: Adults and adolescents ≥ 13 years: Take 1.6-3.2 ml (48-96 drops) 1-3x daily in a little water on an empty stomach.

Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml): Lemon Balm top (Melissa officinalis) 250 mg QCE (1:4)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Distilled water, Grain alcohol

Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia) or if symptoms worsen or persist. Consumption with alcohol, other medications and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
