IBgard® is a nutraceutical product containing peppermint oil  for the treatment of IBS. The IBgard Difference: Site Specific Targeting (SST®) For the first time, the antispasmodic power of L-menthol has been formulated into individual, triple-coated sustained-release microspheres. IBgard acts where it is needed most in IBS… predominantly in the small intestine.
