This Mushroom Super Food is an equal blend of: Red Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), Chaga (Inonotus obliquus), Cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis), Coriolus (Coriolus versicolor) and Maitake (Grifola frondosa).Many people like to use a blend of mushroom both for taste and function as a Super Food. These mushrooms have been used as teas and soups and as Super Foods in the Orient and Russia for centuries.
