Take one tablet every 12 hours for non-drowsy, fast, effective multi-symptom relief of year-round & seasonal allergies including: sneezing, runny nose, itchy, watery, red eyes, itchy nose, palate and/or throat, allergic skin conditions (chronic idiopathic urticaria), skin itch, hives, and wheals.

Recommended Dosage:Â (Adults and children 12 years of age and older) Take 1 tablet (60 mg) every 12 hours with a glass (250 ml) of water. Do not use for a long period of time unless advised by a doctor. Do not take more than 2 tablets in 24 hours.
Medicinal Ingredients:Â Fexofenadine hydrochloride 60 mg.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:Â Croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, iron oxide, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, povidone, colloidal silicon dioxide, pregelatinized starch, titanium dioxide.
Caution:Â Do not use ALLEGRA 12 HR if: You have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
To help avoid side effects and ensure proper use, talk to your healthcare professional before you take ALLEGRA 12 HR. Talk about any health conditions or problems you may have, including if you:
• Are pregnant or nursing
• Have kidney disease
• Are 65 years of age or older
Tell your healthcare professional about all the medicines you take, including any drugs, vitamins, minerals, natural supplements or alternative medicine.
The following may react with ALLEGRA 12 HR:
• Antacids that contain aluminum or magnesium hydroxide, as they may alter the effectiveness of ALLEGRA 12 HR
• Do not take within 2 hours of taking an antacid
• Do not take with fruit juices
Like all medicines, ALLEGRA 12 HR can cause unwanted effects. Common side effects that may occur include headache, nausea, sleepiness, fatigue, diarrhea, stomach discomfort, abdominal pain, light headedness, dry eye and sleeplessness.
