St. Francis Herb Farm Crampbark

Crampbark is used to relieve cramps, including muscle spasms, menstrual cramps, and cramps during pregnancy. It also acts as a uterine relaxant to help prevent miscarriage. In addition, it is useful in controlling nervous bowel and colicky pain from the gut (e.g. irritable bowel syndrome).

Suggested Usage: Adults: Take 0.7-1.2 ml (20-35 drops) 3X daily in a little water on an empty stomach.

Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml): Crampbark (Viburnum opulus) 250 mg QCE (1:4)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Grain alcohol, Distilled water
